Business Development Internship: Junior Analyst

Prospect Research:

• Conduct research to identify potential sell-side prospects.
• Update records with new prospect information.
• Utilize various research tools and platforms to gather data on potential prospects.

Mailing List Preparation:

• Compile and maintain mailing lists tailored for specific marketing campaigns and client outreach.
• Ensure the accuracy and relevance of contact information on mailing lists.

Letter Mailing:

• Prepare and organize documents intended for mailing, ensuring they meet company standards and branding guidelines.
• Coordinate with the administrative team to manage the inventory of mailing supplies.

Marketing Presentations:

• Assist in creating and refining marketing presentations under the guidance of the Central Services team.
• Incorporate feedback from supervisors to improve presentation content and design.

Communication and Coordination:

• Communicate regularly with team members regarding project status and deadlines.
• Participate in team meetings and provide input on sales initiatives.
