Target: Skilled Trades Staffing AgenciesÂ
Geography: Â Continental US
Desired Revenue:Â Between $2,000,000 and $20,000,000
Desired Cash Flow:Â Between $200,000 and $2,000,000
Valuation/Deal Structure:Â The Acquirer is flexible in regards to deal structure; they are open to 100% buyouts or controlling-interest positions that allow the Seller to cash out over time.
Growth Opportunities: The Acquirer will focus on companies offering growth opportunities in existing business lines and geographic markets.
Profitability: The Acquirer is seeking established businesses with proven profitability; however, turnaround or other similar situations will also be considered.
