Both principals boast extensive technical manufacturing and process automation expertise and draw on educated backgrounds including mechanical engineering degrees.
Our client is searching locally for a business in West Michigan that is generating at least $2M in cash flow. It is part of their mission to invest in the community they live in and improve the lives of customers and employees alike.
Acquisition Criteria:
Target: OEM of equipment or critical components. Highly engineered product manufacturer, especially one that can benefit from process automation.
Geography: West Michigan – from Plainwell as far north as Cedar Springs, and from Saranac as far west as Lake Michigan.
Cash Flows: $2M+.
Deal Structure: Our client prefers a full buyout with a reasonable consulting transition period from the seller.
