Our buyer brings a wide-ranging skillset and a focus on elevating teams to their full potential; an expertise he will apply to the acquired business. They are seeking an acquisition target that is a close cultural fit and that values a hands-on owner-operator who cares about preserving their legacy. This acquisition will be our clients’ sole focus moving forward.
Ideally, the business is generating revenue between $1.5M and $20M and is located in West Michigan.
Target: B2B service companies.
Geography: West Michigan, with a preference for close proximity to Rockford.
Considerations: Our client maintains a strong preference for the inclusion of a recurring revenue component in the business model.
