Our client possesses a strong preference for businesses with ISO 9001:2015, AS9100D, and ITAR certifications.
Ideally, the target company is generating revenue between $5M to $30M and is located in Kentucky, Indiana, or Ohio. Companies in close proximity to St. Louis or Chicago are also of interest.

Acquisition Criteria:
Target: Precision machining, metal fabrication, component and assembly companies serving the defense and aerospace industries.
Geography: Kentucky, Indiana, Ohio, or in the near vicinity of St. Louis or Chicago.
Revenue: $5M-$30M.
