Calder Capital is working with a reputable full-service fabrication company in search of a strategic acquisition. Specifically of interest are companies that offer powder coating, tube laser cutting and bending, flat metal laser cutting and forming, roll forming, sheet metal fabrication, and/or welding. A business with an established B2C sales channel would also be of interest, as our client is launching a new product in this manner.
Ideally, the target company is generating revenue between $2M to $15M and is located within 8 hours of Northwest Indiana.
Target: Powder coating, tube bending, laser/metal cutting, roll forming, sheet metal fabrication, or welding.
Geography: Within 8 hours of Northwest Indiana.
Revenue: $2M – $15M.
Disqualifications: Union shop and/or a business that focuses solely on machining work.
