Established 21 years ago, Impres Engineering Services, LLC is a market leader in fast turnaround 2 through 5-axis machining for a diversified base of customers. Since inception the founder, Ross Hoek, has worked with diligence to build the Company’s infrastructure, maintaining excess capacity to allow for continued growth. Impres is headquartered in Holland, Michigan.
Impres Engineering Services engaged Calder Capital to develop and lead a sale process focused on maximizing seller value and securing a buyer with the financial and operational resources to most effectively succeed with company. Calder Capital identified and approached prospective buyers including strategic and financial buyers. Ultimately, Ross Hoek selected Blue Star Automation, owned by investor Andrew Samrick, as the preferred buyer and the transaction was successfully consummated.
