Calder Capital is pleased to announce the acquisition of Lamphear Service Company of Wyoming, MI by Bryan Vartanian of Livonia, MI.
Founded in 1987 by Bruce Lamphear, Lamphear Service Company has grown to become a successful HVAC service and installation business, specializing in the installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems. Bruce has remained the 100% owner of the company ever since its establishment. Alongside his wife, Linda, the two of them have worked together to successfully operate and manage the company for over 30 years.
After running and operating Lamphear Service Company for over three decades, Bruce and Linda decided to transition the ownership to someone who will maintain the Company’s quality of service as well as expand the Company’s reach. “We feel very confident in Bryan’s ambition and experience. He is the right successor for our business and we look forward to watching the business grow under his leadership,” stated Bruce Lamphear.

After working at the top of the HVAC industry for over a decade, Bruce decided to open Lamphear Service Company. His goal in opening the business was to challenge himself in a new way and further apply the knowledge and skills he acquired during his time working in the industry.
Over the years, the Company has maintained and expanded its customer base within the Greater Grand Rapids area. The company continued to steadily increase its profits over time. Even amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, the company continued to grow and expand, experiencing its most profitable year to date in 2020.
