Patrick Robey

Patrick Robey joined Calder Capital in 2017 and serves as a Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor, representing both buyers and sellers of privately held middle-market businesses. Patrick brings deep transaction experience to the table, guiding clients through the full deal lifecycle, including valuation, target outreach, due diligence, negotiation, and successful close.
With a background in private equity and corporate development dating back to 2013, Patrick has executed numerous platform and add-on acquisitions across a variety of industries. His dual experience advising entrepreneurs and institutional buyers alike gives him a balanced perspective and a pragmatic approach to achieving win-win outcomes.
Patrick holds bachelor’s degrees in Management and Economics from Hope College. He remains actively involved with the Hope College Department of Economics, Management, and Accounting, the Hope Entrepreneurship Initiative, and the Association for Corporate Growth, West Michigan.
Patrick was named the 2024 Dealmaker of the Year (Advisor) by Crain’s Grand Rapids Business and is a 2025 recipient of The M&A Advisor’s Emerging Leaders Award.
He resides in Holland, Michigan with his wife Olivia, their daughter Charlotte, and their two Australian Shepherds, Lincoln and Tilly.
