Office and Listing Administrator
Location: Grand Rapids, MI (In-Office)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, plus occasional after-hours events
Compensation: $60,000–$65,000 annually paid monthly + benefits

Responsibilites
Email & Buyer Inquiry Management – 4-5 hours per day
- Manage and respond to inquiries sent to [email protected]
- Accurately log buyer information in our CRMÂ
- Process NDAs
- Maintain high attention to detail with sensitive information
Office Operations – Daily & Weekly Duties
- Morning setup: make coffee, wipe down kitchen/bar surfaces and conference tables, clear trash, tidy the office
- Weekly: water plants, greet clients, track and order supplies, manage key card access, fulfill reasonable staff requests
- Event & Meeting Support
Miscellaneous Duties
- Handle small projects as needed
- Manage office resources including technology, supplies, & furniture
- Manage team swag & deal toys
- Write thank you cards for past clients
- Other duties as assigned
