Calder Capital is proud to announce the acquisition of C&L Cylinder and Machine, LLC of Rome, Georgia by Caerus Equity Partners of Atlanta, Georgia.
With 25 years of operational and leadership experience, Ben Eugrin established Caerus Equity Partners (Caerus) in 2021, focusing his expertise on acquiring and managing a manufacturing business. As the lead of Caerus, Ben prioritizes a partnership-oriented approach, working closely with business owners to understand the unique aspects of their operations and to formulate growth strategies that honor and enhance their established legacies. To enhance his deal flow exponentially, Ben engaged Calder Capital’s Buy-Side team.
Founded in 2000, C&L Cylinder and Machine is a provider of heavy machinery services with a team of 20+ employees specializing in machining, welding, grinding, repair, and manufacturing. The acquisition by Caerus Equity Partners positions the company to enhance its services for existing clients while putting the pedal on the floor for new growth opportunities. Eddie Terry, the founder of C&L Cylinder, is eager to collaborate with Ben and his team in this new chapter.
