Current Role: As part of Calder Capital’s Buy-Side team, Logan is focused on bringing buyers proprietary, off-market deal flow driven by high-quality, high-quantity direct outreach to potential sellers matching client-specific criteria, while also leveraging Calder’s existing network.
Background: Logan graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor’s in Finance. During his time at OSU, he participated in several organizations including the American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association, the Investment Banking Program, and the Fisher Real Estate Society. Prior to joining Calder in January 2024, Logan held an Investment Banking Internship at Copper Run, where he contributed to prospect list building, company research, and prospect vetting to aid buy-side work. He also completed an Investment Sales Internship at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, where he participated in a 60-day crash course designed to ramp up commercial real estate investment sales brokers. The highly transactional 2022 real estate market gave him exposure to nearly every real estate asset class.
Hobbies: Logan prioritizes health as a way to unwind and clear his mind. As an aspiring par golfer, he values time spent on the green. He also loves to explore and travel, with Greece, his father’s homeland, being his favorite destination.
