Current Role: As a Buy-Side Director at Calder Capital, he leads acquisition strategy and execution for entrepreneurs, family offices, and private investors pursuing lower middle-market businesses. Also, he supervises a team of Associates and Analysts on Calder Capital’s Buy-Side M&A Advisory team. Previously, Cade worked as a Buy-Side Associate and brought clients proprietary, off-market deal flow.

Background: Cade graduated from Grand Valley State University with a degree in Finance and Business Management. Prior to joining Calder in November 2024, he worked at ADP as a Major Accounts District Manager and at Blackford Capital as a PE Junior Analyst.

Hobbies: Outside of work, Cade enjoys golfing, fishing, weightlifting, and grilling food.
