Ideally, the target generates $5M to $25M in revenue and is in or near the Midwest region of the United States.

Geography: Colorado, Wyoming, Nebraska, Kansas, Texas, Oklahoma, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Michigan, or Iowa.
