Current Role: As the People Operations Specialist, Morgan Klinker strengthens Calder's HR processes, develops and grows the intern program, and ensures a people-centered foundation to support the firm’s rapid expansion.

Background: Morgan leads the HR function and enjoys building meaningful connections with employees and future talent. One of her favorite parts of her role is developing relationships with university faculty and student organizations to connect with emerging professionals and bring great people into the organization. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Hope College and her Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign’s School of Labor and Employment Relations.

Hobbies: Morgan enjoys spending time with her family and fiancé, traveling, getting outdoors, trying new restaurants, and attending concerts and comedy shows. She also loves cooking, painting, creating with her Cricut, cheering on the Detroit Lions, and spending time with her family's two rescue dogs and pygmy goat.
