Calder Capital is thrilled to announce the successful sale of Stout Creek Landscapes, Inc., located in Belmont, Michigan, to Preferred Landscaping Services, headquartered in Sand Lake, Michigan.
Founded in 1987, Belmont, Michigan-based Stout Creek Landscapes specializes in landscape design, installation, and maintenance. The company primarily serves the Grand Rapids Metropolitan area with a broader reach across West Michigan. Planning for retirement, Doug Byl, owner of Stout Creek Landscapes, contacted Calder Capital’s Sell-Side team. Doug is transitioning out, progressing to retirement.

The acquirer, Preferred Landscaping Services, offers comprehensive landscaping services to residential and commercial clients across West Michigan from their headquarters in Sand Lake.
