Calder Capital is pleased to announce the promotion of Jonathan Dykstra from Sell-Side Associate to Sell-Side Director of Operations.

As an Associate, Jonathan oversaw analyst and intern work, supported advisors with due diligence and transaction execution in lower middle market deals, worked on valuations and marketing materials, and presented valuation analyses to clients. As the Sell-Side Director of Operations, he is responsible for overseeing and continuously improving the firm’s Sell-Side department, with primary ownership of all sell-side client valuations and core marketing materials, including confidential information memoranda and teasers. The role reviews, approves, and delegates valuation and marketing work; maintains structured review and quality-control processes; coordinates deal flow across advisors, analysts, and associates; and serves as a senior escalation point for complex or atypical valuation and deal scenarios.
His promotion recognizes his strong technical performance, commitment to continuous improvement, contributions to advancing Calder’s technological capabilities, strong work ethic, and sharp analytical skill set.
“Jonathan has proven himself to be a critical driver of consistency, quality, and execution within our sell-side practice,” shared Garrett Monroe, Sell-Side Managing Director at Calder Capital. “His promotion reflects the trust he has earned to oversee our valuation and marketing processes, elevate our quality-control standards, and ensure our clients receive thoughtful, well-supported work at every stage of a transaction.”
Calder Capital continues to experience strong national growth, driven by its people-first culture, disciplined advisory process, and focus on delivering exceptional outcomes in lower middle-market transactions. The firm remains committed to investing in its team as it expands its footprint and transaction volume across the United States.
