He previously served as a Junior Analyst at Blackford Capital and as Director of Commercial Development at Vision Real Estate Investment. In addition to his professional roles, Lucas has owned and operated multiple businesses alongside his father, including the development and operation of high-end gas stations. He holds dual degrees in Finance and Economics from Grand Valley State University and is a licensed Michigan real estate professional.

Hobbies: Golfing and boating in the spring and summer, skiing in the winter, hunting in the fall, and spending time with family. He and his wife also help lead the college ministry at their church, The Local Church.
