About Our Client:
Our buyer is a team with more than 25 years of combined executive leadership experience across healthcare operations and private credit. One partner brings over a decade of experience leading multi-site healthcare operations, including ambulatory surgery centers and hospital-based services, with full responsibility for strategy, P&L, and performance optimization. She has successfully launched large-scale healthcare facilities and implemented innovative clinical programs, building the infrastructure needed to support complex, high-growth environments. The other partner offers 15+ years of experience in leveraged finance, having originated, structured, and executed over $2B in middle-market transactions while working closely with management teams and boards to drive performance.
Together, they bring a highly complementary skill set, combining hands-on operational leadership with financial and strategic expertise. Their experience spans scaling operations, improving efficiency and margins, and navigating complex business challenges, including turnaround situations. They operate with a strong foundation in integrity, accountability, operational excellence, and a people-first leadership approach, focusing on building scalable systems and driving continuous improvement.
As owners, they seek to take an active role in a well-established business and build on the foundation already in place. They are hands-on operators with a long-term ownership mindset and a commitment to preserving the company’s legacy and culture. Their goal is to support employees, enhance performance through disciplined execution, and create sustainable growth.
