Name: Ken Trupke

Current Role:  As a Buy-Side M&A Advisor, Ken takes charge of deals from the moment a client is ready to move forward with a warm lead through closing. He leads the team, facilitates introductions, oversees valuations, guides deal structure, negotiates for clients, secures financing, manages due diligence, and coordinates the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction.   

Background: Ken began his career in consulting with Price Waterhouse and Arthur Andersen. He later relocated to Michigan, where he spent 14 years operating an injection molding company. Since then, he has worked with Clarity Advisors, where he has operated and advised several companies across a variety of industries. 

Hobbies: Ken enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife have six sons and a daughter, and family gatherings often center around cooking and grilling. He also enjoys reading, particularly biographies and classic literature, and attending local theater productions, especially high school musicals. Additionally, he is a season ticket holder at Berlin Raceway and enjoys attending Whitecaps and Griffins games.
