Buyer Background
Our client is an established distribution business serving the food service and hospitality industries, backed by a leadership team with more than 150 years of combined executive experience. Our buyer has consistently grown by expanding its product offerings, strengthening its financial position, and increasing both its e-commerce and wholesale distribution business.
With experience completing multiple acquisitions, our client understands the value of the team and culture, the customer relationships and the reputation that owners have worked hard to build. They bring expertise in distribution, supply chain management, and e-commerce, along with the resources and industry relationships to support continued growth.
Our client is seeking established retail ecommerce or asset light businesses that complement its existing product offerings and geographic reach, with a focus on building upon each company’s existing strengths and supporting its long-term success.
