His track record includes restructuring regional operations to improve margins by 17%+ and helping grow a landscaping and snow services program from approximately $10 million to more than $20 million in revenue. He has also worked with many well-known commercial customers and understands the operational demands of multi-site businesses.
His experience is particularly relevant to businesses providing facility, field, and other recurring commercial services, giving him a strong understanding of the people, customers, vendors, and day-to-day challenges that drive these businesses. He is looking to become a hands-on owner-operator, building on the foundation the current owner has created. He intends to preserve the existing team, customer relationships, and culture while applying his experience in operations, pricing, vendor management, and technology to support measured growth.
