The Company is highly specialized in engineering and installing structured cabling systems and other communications systems. Presently, the Owner serves as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer providing oversight of the Company’s operations and guiding the remainder of the Business’s leadership team in executing the Company’s strategy. The Owner spends approximately 40 hours per week fulfilling Business-related duties, from interacting with project owners and engineers, sales and lead generation, and financial oversight. The Owner has noted that the Company’s current Chief Financial Officer could fill the vacant CEO role if new ownership prefers to remain passive.
