Our client is searching for a company in the following metro areas (in order of priority): Houston, Chicago, Austin, or Dallas. Ideally, these companies are generating revenue between $2M – $20M.
Target: Manufacturing, or B2B service or distribution business.
Geography: In the following metro areas (in order of priority): Houston, Chicago, Austin, or Dallas.
Valuation/Deal Structure: Our client is flexible in regards to deal structure but would like an owner to assist through a transition period.
Automatic Disqualifiers: Our client is not interested in companies serving the oil and gas sector or B2C businesses.
