Calder Capital has been tasked with identifying potential companies for acquisition on behalf of a strategic buyer. Our client is a reputable, diversified building services company seeking commercial cleaning companies in North Carolina, South Carolina, or Tampa, FL, as well as landscaping businesses in Michigan or Florida.
Ideally, these companies would have regional or multi-location sales contracts and are generating revenue between $2M – $20M.
Target: Commercial cleaning and landscaping companies. Other adjacent building service companies may be considered.
Geography: Of greatest priority are commercial cleaning companies in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tampa, FL, and landscaping companies in Michigan or Florida. In addition, our client is also open to considering companies located in IN, OH, KY, TN, GA, and LA.
Valuation/Deal Structure: Our client is flexible in regards to deal structure but would like an owner to assist through a transition period.
Automatic Disqualifiers: Our client is not interested in businesses that offer cleaning or landscaping services for residential or retail customers.
