About the Company
The Company has been serving the Midwest for over 30 years and has grown its amount of locations aggressively over the years. It is now looking to continue this growth effort by adding 3-5 additional locations per year, and sees acquisitions as the most appropriate and prudent path to achieving this goal.
The Company’s locations primarily feature oil change services, but they have increased their service offering over the years, which now includes tire pressure monitoring, air filter replacement, bulb and windshield wiper replacement, vehicle fluid and filter examinations, and other similar preventative maintenance services.
The Company is looking to take its years of expertise and success within the industry and introduce these best practices to new locations throughout the Midwest.
