Our client is searching for a distributor surrounding or in New York, with a preference for Northern New Jersey, Rockland, and Westchester counties. With regard to company size and sales range, our client is flexible but is only pursuing a complete buyout with a strong inclination toward a 6-12-month transition plan with existing ownership or management. Potential sellers should know our client is looking to make the transaction as quick, seamless, and easy as possible for both parties involved.
Target: Packaging and Shipping supplies distribution companies.
Geography: Within a 50-mile radius of New York City.
Revenue: $1M – $7M+
Cash Flow: $100K – $1.5M in EBITDA.
Valuation/Deal Structure: Our client is flexible but is looking for a complete buyout, preferably with a transition period with current ownership or management.
