Target: Industrial distributor of products in the oil and lubrication, filtration, car wash supply and equipment, or chemicals and fluids supply markets. Related industrial and environmental service companies serving these markets are also of interest.
Geography: Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and/or Illinois.
Revenue: $5M+.
Valuation/Deal Structure: Our buyer is looking for a company with a strong management team in place.
