Our client is searching for a distributor surrounding or in Michigan, Northern Ohio, and Northern Indiana.
In regard to company size and sales, our client is seeking a business in the range of $2M to $20M in revenue. Our client is pursuing a complete buyout with the desire to retain existing management to assist throughout a transition period. Potential sellers should be advised that our client is able to execute a sale quickly and efficiently to streamline the process for all parties involved.
Target: Packaging, warehouse, shipping, janitorial, and safety supplies distribution companies or adjacent industry distributors.
Geography: Michigan, Northern Indiana, Northern Ohio.
Revenue: $2M – $20M
Cash Flow: Up to $2M in EBITDA
Valuation/Deal Structure: Our client is flexible but is looking for a complete buyout, preferably with a transition period with current ownership or management.
