Calder Capital is working with a strategic buyer to identify potential acquisition candidates in the water services sector. Our client is seeking regional and national service providers to supplement existing geographies and add new technical expertise while continuing to grow the company as a leader in the water compliance industry.

Ideally, the target company is generating $5M+ in revenue and is based in the United States, excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Acquisition Criteria:

Target: Water services including but not limited to stormwater, wastewater, water testing, hydro-excavation, vactor/jetting, municipal or industrial water facility management, pond & lake management, and water flow control.

Geography: United States – excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Revenue: $5M+.

Management: Client has successfully completed and integrated transactions whereby sellers exit the business upon close, or stay with the organization and continue to drive growth within the broader organization. Client is open to either approach.
