Target: Independent financial planning and wealth management firm
Geography: West Michigan; Central Michigan
Revenue: Up to $5,000,000
Deal Structure: The Acquirer is flexible regarding deal and compensation structures that would allow prospective owners to transition over time.
Management Situations: The Acquirer would prefer a target whose management is willing to stay on and transition over time.
