We are searching for companies generating revenue between $7M – $20M. The buyer prefers companies that have operated for 10+ years and shown consistent profitability. Our client is not interested in businesses with high levels of customer concentration and seasonal businesses.

Valuation/Deal Structure: Our client is looking to execute a full-buyout and pursue SBA financing.
