Calder Capital is partnering with EHTC to launch a comprehensive, month-long survey focused on capturing current business owner readiness, transition planning, and market sentiment. This joint initiative will run throughout May, with both organizations distributing the survey across their respective networks.
The goal of this survey is to better understand how business owners are thinking about value, growth, and an eventual transition. The questionnaire covers key areas including succession planning, valuation awareness, financial performance, and personal readiness to exit, providing a well-rounded view of today’s lower middle market landscape.
All responses will remain strictly confidential, and individual data will never be sold or shared. Participants who complete the survey and request the results will receive a full summary of findings once the survey period concludes.
This initiative is designed to inform the broader business community, equipping owners with valuable insights into how their peers are navigating similar decisions in today’s market. Individual data or identifiable information will not be paired with answers or the aggregate data.
