The buyer has a strong preference for ITAR-registered companies.
Ideally, the target company is generating revenue of $5M to $50M and is located in the Midwest, though the buyer will consider opportunities nationwide for the right fit.

Target: Precision machining, metal fabrication, component assembly, engineering services, and other industrial companies serving the defense and/or aerospace industries. The buyer is also open to industrial services businesses with meaningful defense or military end-market exposure.
Geography: Midwest.
