Our buyer is an experienced entrepreneur and executive with 25+ years in the automatic identification and data capture, rugged mobility, and technology services industries. He founded and built an AIDC-focused business providing mobile computing, device repair, lifecycle management, and integration services, ultimately leading the company through a successful acquisition by a larger industry platform. He remained with the acquiring company as Vice President and Head of Services, giving him experience both as a business owner and as an executive within a larger organization.
Throughout his career, he has worked closely with customers, OEMs, and industry partners while building service operations, growing sales, developing new business, and managing teams. His hands-on experience includes rugged mobile devices, AIDC solutions, device repair and refurbishment, lifecycle management, value-added distribution, and recurring service offerings.
Our buyer is looking to acquire an established AIDC, mobility, or related technology services business where he can take an active role in the company. Having built and sold a business himself, he understands the importance of preserving the relationships, employees, and culture that make a company successful. He plans to build on that foundation while pursuing complementary opportunities in areas such as RFID, software, managed mobility, repair, supplies, and related services.
