Calder is assisting a buyer in identifying a light manufacturing or service business to acquire. The buyer will also consider value-added distribution companies.
Ideally, the business generates revenue of $4M to $15M and is within a 45-mile radius of Grand Rapids, Michigan. The buyer will also consider acquisitions located along the Lake Michigan lakeshore, from Holland, MI to Charlevoix, MI.

Target: Light manufacturers or service businesses. Value-added distribution companies will also be considered.
Geography: Within a 45-mile radius of Grand Rapids, MI (preferred), or anywhere along the Lake Michigan lakeshore between Holland, MI and Charlevoix, MI.
Revenue: $4M-$15M.
