Specifically of interest are business process outsourcing, value-added resellers, consulting, corporate training, research, and testing services. However, our buyer is open to value-added distribution or light manufacturing as well.
Ideally, the target business generates $5M to $30M in revenue and is located in the Midwest, with a preference to Michigan. Our buyer is also open to businesses that can be operated remotely.
