Introducing Melissa
When asked what led her to join Calder Capital, Melissa shared that she was looking for a new opportunity where she could grow and contribute to a dynamic team. “I’m excited to get to know everyone at Calder and to become part of such a driven group of professionals,” stated Melissa.
Motivated by her love of learning, Melissa added, “I look forward to learning the ins and outs of Calder’s operations and supporting our team in achieving their goals.”
Melissa enjoys spending her free time exploring a wide range of creative hobbies, including painting, creating pottery, knitting, DIY house projects, and furniture refinishing. Her favorite way to spend a day off is hiking with her dogs. She has also volunteered with Kids’ Food Basket, reflecting her commitment to giving back to the community. Melissa’s favorite quote, by Pablo Picasso, sums up her mindset: “I am always doing that which I cannot do, in order that I may learn how to do it.”
In her role, Melissa will be facilitating the backend of the on-market process for sellers. Additionally, she will be instrumental in ensuring smooth office operations, supporting both staff and clients. Her role entails helping process buyer interest on our listings, screening buyers, processing NDAs, and sending CIMs. Her efforts will help maintain Calder’s client-focused environment, as she and the broader team deliver exceptional results for those we serve.
