Current Role: As Marketing and Public Relations Associate, Brandon leads Calder Capital’s marketing and communication strategies, ensuring that the firm continues to engage effectively with its clients and the broader market. He oversees public relations initiatives, develops compelling content, and helps drive Calder’s brand presence across multiple channels.

Background: From the Grand Rapids, Michigan metropolitan area, he brings a wealth of experience across multiple sectors. He has held roles at a lower middle market private equity firm, the U.S. House of Representatives, and the Michigan Department of Attorney General. Brandon holds an MBA in Business Management from Davenport University, a Bachelor of Science from Ferris State University, and an Associate of Arts from Grand Rapids Community College. His diverse background has equipped him with a unique blend of public relations, marketing, and investment acumen.

Awards and Recognition: In 2024, Brandon obtained a Certificate in Alternative Investments from Harvard Business School Online. In 2019, he was accepted into Michigan State University's bipartisan Michigan Political Leadership Program. During his undergraduate studies, he was a recipient of five scholarships for academics, collegiate student leadership, and leadership in Scouting. Brandon is a gold palm Eagle Scout from the class of 2012.

Hobbies: Outside of work, he may be found tackling house projects, exploring new parks, reading books on finance, watching TV, and spending time with his family, friends, and his beloved guinea pig, Hank.
