Current Role: As CRM & Data Operations Manager, Em is responsible for supporting Calder Capital’s operations through data management, process optimization, and ensuring high standards of efficiency across various initiatives. Their expertise in research, quality control, and data analysis is instrumental in enhancing Calder’s outreach capabilities and delivering top-tier service to clients.

Background:
Originally from Rockford, Michigan, Em recently moved back to the Grand Rapids area after spending time in Charlotte, North Carolina. They have over five years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong focus on data integrity, process improvement, and operational efficiency. Em previously worked as a Quality Control Specialist at Madcap Coffee Company, where they were instrumental in refining quality standards and operational processes. They hold an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Grand Rapids Community College and a Data Analytics Certificate from Coursera.

Hobbies:
Outside of work, Em enjoys exploring various hikes and trails along the Lake Michigan coast, reading, cooking, and spending time with their cats. They also make frequent trips to the Detroit area to visit friends and attend concerts.
