Name: Hannah Nabhan

Current Role:  As Buy-Side Director at Calder Capital, Hannah oversees the acquisition process on behalf of buyers. She works across all stages of an engagement, including target identification and evaluation, financial analysis and valuation, offer structuring, due diligence, and transaction execution. Hannah also provides strategic guidance to Calder’s Buy-Side team, working closely with Associates and Advisors to evaluate opportunities, refine acquisition strategies, and advance clients toward successful transactions.

Background: Hannah grew up in Northwest Indiana and currently resides in Tampa, Florida. She graduated from Butler University’s Lacy School of Business with a degree in Finance.

Hobbies: Outside of work, Hannah enjoys working out, playing tennis, and spending time on the water.

Awards and Recognition: Hannah was inducted into the DealStats Hall of Fame for 2025. She led Calder’s acquisition search for Portland Products, a transaction recognized as Crain’s Grand Rapids Business’ 2025 Manufacturing Deal of the Year. She also served on the deal teams for ADAC’s acquisition of EBW Electronics, winner of Corporate/Strategic Deal of the Year ($10MM–$25MM) at the 2026 International M&A Awards, and Ajax Defense’s acquisition of BiTec, a 2026 Industrials Deal of the Year finalist.
