Current Role: As a Buy-Side M&A Advisor, Jamie takes charge of deals from the moment a client is ready to move forward with a warm lead through closing. He leads the team, facilitates introductions, oversees valuations, guides deal structure, negotiates for clients, secures financing, manages due diligence, and coordinates the closing process to ensure a smooth transaction.   

Background: Jamie began his career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in New York City before transitioning to a family office focused on commercial real estate, private equity, and private debt investments. Jamie also has experience working directly with middle-market businesses. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Michigan State University’s Honors College with a degree in Accounting and a minor in Spanish and was a member of the Financial Markets Institute (FMI). 

Hobbies: Jamie enjoys hiking in the mountains, exploring the outdoors, and traveling with family and friends. He is also passionate about CrossFit, visiting coffee shops, enjoying great meals, reading, and spending time with loved ones. He also volunteers at his local church.
