Current Role: As a Calder Capital Buy-Side Director, Parker is focused on bringing buyers proprietary, off-market deal flow driven by high-quality, high-quantity direct outreach to potential sellers matching our client’s specific criteria and by leveraging Calder’s existing network.

Background: Parker attended Davenport University and earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration. He worked in operations for an office furniture manufacturing company, corporate finance for an automotive supplier in Metro Detroit, and with a Kansas City fin-tech company that invests in B2B software start-ups. He assisted in financial analysis and due diligence on investments worth approximately $3 million.

Hobbies: Parker enjoys snowboarding, reading, and doing CrossFit WODs. As a foodie, he really likes trying new restaurants.

Awards and Recognition: Parker was recognized as a 2026 Emerging Leader by The M&A Advisor. He also served on Calder’s deal team for Ajax Defense’s acquisition of BiTec, a transaction named a finalist for Industrials Deal of the Year ($10MM–$25MM) at the 2026 M&A Advisor Awards.
