Current Role: As a Sell-Side Analyst, Piper supports Calder’s Sell-Side deal team. She performs business valuations, prepares offering materials, conducts market research, and facilitates communications between clients and prospective buyers. Her contributions are key in helping business owners capture maximum attention from qualified buyers and achieve successful exits.   

Background: Originally from Frankenmuth, Michigan, Piper has experience in finance and accounting, along with early professional experience spanning both retail and public accounting. She previously worked at Zak & Mac’s Chocolate Haus, where she developed customer-facing and operational skills, and later served as an Audit and Assurance Intern at BDO USA, prior to her one-year internship at Calder Capital, where she gained exposure to financial analysis and reporting. Piper holds a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from Grand Valley State University, where she built an academic base to support her career in mergers and acquisitions. 

Hobbies: Outside of work, she enjoys baking and reading, and values time spent relaxing, resetting, and unplugging.
