Current Role: As Marketing & PR Associate, Tess leads Calder Capital’s marketing and communications efforts across multiple channels. She develops and executes strategic marketing campaigns, assists with public relations initiatives, and enhances the firm’s brand presence. Tess plays a key role in content creation, media outreach, and maintaining consistent, high-quality messaging that reflects Calder’s values and growth. 

Background: Originally from St. Joseph, Michigan, Tess Foster brings a strong foundation in marketing, communications, and relationship-building to Calder Capital. Through her work with Gordon Food Service and Spider Marketing Group, she developed a passion for marketing and public relations. Tess earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Sports Management from Aquinas College, along with a minor in Communications and a concentration in Marketing. During her time at Aquinas, she was recognized as the 2026 Senior of the Year for the Business Administration/Sports Management Department. 

Hobbies: Tess enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends, thrift shopping, playing slow-pitch softball, attending country concerts, traveling, and trying new experiences. She also volunteers as a coach for her younger sister’s softball team.
