The off-market transaction progressed swiftly. Strata moved decisively with Gentry, submitting a compelling offer early in the process, resulting in a highly efficient close. The Calder team conducted 35 introductions and generated 25 leads prior to securing a letter of intent with Gentry on March 21. The deal officially closed on April 14.
