The off-market transaction progressed swiftly. Strata moved decisively with Gentry, submitting a compelling offer early in the process, resulting in a highly efficient close. The Calder team uncovered 35 off-market prospects matching our clients’ criteria. Strata held confidential discussions with 25 of those prospective sellers. Once an LOI was signed on March 21, the deal was closed in less than a month, on April 14.
