Transaction Summary
Calder Capital, a nationwide mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, is enthralled to announce the successful acquisition of a Midwest, U.S.A.-Based Agricultural and Equipment Dealership, by a Midwest, U.S.A.-Based Single-Family Office.
The Acquisition Story
The Seller is a multi-location equipment dealership serving farmers, commercial businesses, property owners, and homeowners. The company provides new and used agricultural, residential, construction, and commercial equipment, supported by comprehensive parts distribution, maintenance and repair services, preventive maintenance programs, and technology-enabled precision agriculture solutions. The seller engaged Calder’s Sell-Side team to identify a long-term capital partner capable of supporting continued growth, preserving the company’s culture and customer relationships, and advancing leadership succession.
The Seller’s engagement led to Calder Capital marketing and advising the sale of their business to the single-family office
The Buyer is a Midwest, U.S.A.-based single-family office with committed, single-source capital and a long-term investment philosophy. Through an engaged ownership approach, the Buyer partners closely with management teams while providing patient capital, strategic governance, and operational support.
At the request of the parties involved, the identities of the Buyer and Seller are being kept confidential.
