Calder Capital is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of Assembly Masters, Inc., of Elkhart, Indiana, by Bay Motor Products, headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan.
Founded in 2000, Assembly Masters is a well-established manufacturer specializing in custom cable assemblies, wire harnesses, and electromechanical assemblies to their customers in the United States, Canada, and Mexico. With a strong reputation for quality and customer service, Assembly Masters has built lasting relationships with its clients by offering a combination of precision manufacturing and tailored design services.
To secure a successor as they approached retirement, co-owners of Assembly Masters, Deb Walters and Larry “Joe” Gennicks II engaged Calder’s Sell-Side team.
