Calder Capital, a nationwide lower middle-market mergers and acquisitions advisory firm, is proud to announce the opening of its Southern California office. Buy-Side M&A Advisor, Erik Records, is spearheading the firm’s developments in Southern California and will be supported by Calder’s analysts, associates, directors, and leadership team.

Max Friar added the following: “A presence in Southern California complements Calder’s focus on serving the lower middle market nationwide across manufacturing, distribution, service, and construction transactions. The region’s economic diversity, entrepreneurial culture, and strong investor community make it an exceptional market for Calder Capital. We believe Southern California will play an important role in Calder’s continued growth. We’re excited to have Erik lead Calder’s continued westward expansion.”
